VAMP is part of this transformation and as such, staff will need to rotate across sites and be required to participate in the 24/7 service. Successful candidates will be required to provide both clinical and laboratory based duties, including undertaking more specialised tasks such as new test validation, audit review, management of laboratory targets and production and assessment of quality documentation to ISO 15189 standard. They will be patient focused, willing to work across sites, have experience of supervising staff and operational workflow and be innovative in their approach to help promote and progress CWPS services. They must be adaptive to the ongoing changes and be wiling to work flexibly within a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
