Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and proactive Qualified ANPs who have the drive and tenacity to develop their professional scope of practice and clinical skills to join our team and shape and develop continued high level efficient and safe patient centred in Urgent and Emergency Care.

This is an exciting time to join and be part of an established and friendly team of Practitioners and GPs, with opportunities to develop skills and the role of the Advanced Practitioner. Successful applicants will be pivotal to supporting the development of Advanced practice in the urgent care setting. We welcome Qualified ANPs who have a wide range of clinical skills and experience working in primary care, urgent care centres and urgent and emergency care. Main duties of the job

The post holder will be an experienced registered practitioner who has completed a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice and holds an independent and supplementary Prescribing certification.

The post holder will need to be able to utilise a high level of skill and knowledge to support the managerial and clinical delivery of Advanced Practice in the Urgent Care Treatment Centre.

Must have the ability to make informed decisions within their scope of professional practice, involving patients and public to ensure high standards of clinical care are delivered to agreed standards and ensuring targets and objectives are met.

The post holder will demonstrate through face to face consultations, safe treatment use of diagnostic skills and evaluation of care for patients in the Urgent Care Treatment Centre, providing appropriate clinical management plans.

The post holder will have the opportunity to work within all areas of Urgent Care Treatment Centre undertaking primary and secondary assessments and management of patients alongside GP colleagues.
