Job summary
Come and join our Kaizen Promotion Office to support our cultural journey implementing UHCWi as our management system.

For the cultural shift we need to further connect with our leaders and our front line staff so all are both expected to and empowered to continuously improve for the benefit of patients and staff. We have made significant strides in training staff in Passport to Improvement and in Lean for Leaders but we need to further support these staff so that they use this training in their daily work making measurable improvements. We need you to help us reach our tipping point aligned to our strategic objectives of patient first and model employer. We will teach and coach you in the UHCWi method, the ask of you is that you bring leadership experience and the energy and openness to challenge and coach staff.

Main duties of the job
As a KPO Practitioner you will support staff to embed their learning of key UHCWi tools. Provide support for staff and areas that are participating in Improvement events (RPIW, Kaizen Events). Develop ways to effectively spread the principles of 5S and other improvement frameworks throughout the Trust. You will receive coaching support from a KPO Specialist and training in lean for leaders and complete certification in advanced lean training.
We have to live our method so these are the transformational steps towards our future state on an expanded KPO team therefore, all shortlisted candidates will be attend an assessment process, those successful at this stage will progress to a final interview process
