Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a CAD Loggist, you will havehave knowledge of computerised systems and data input.

When required the post holder will update the Regional CAD system under the direction of the CAD Administrator and provide administrative support to the CAD Administrator. The post holder will co-ordinate requests received from Regional Emergency Operations Centres on behalf of the CAD Administrator

Applicants must be educated to GCSE level at grade C/4 or above including English & Maths (or equivalent) along with having data input experience

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 5th November

About us

If this position involves a regulated activity it will require an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check. The disclosure will, where appropriate to the role, include information against the Independent Safeguarding Authority barred lists for working with children, adults or both

Where a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check is required for the post, all applicants are required to cover the cost of the check. The cost of £55.76 for an enhanced check is payable to our online provider at the time that the DBS application is submitted. Upon receipt of your DBS you will then be required to sign up to the DBS online update service.

Receives and registers any requests from the Regional EOCs for CAD changes.

Uses the Trusts computer systems to input data accurately.

Ensures the validity of data in accordance with Trust procedures.

Retrieves CAD information for queries and statistical analysis.

Verbally deals with Managers from within the Trust and the CAD supplier to process requests.

Ensures the safe destruction of all paper based patient related information, according to Trust Policies and Procedures.

Observes the requirements of legislation including the Data Protection Act and the Freedom of Information Act.

Adheres to Caldicott principles relating to sensitive and personal patient information.

Assists in the preparation of reports, statistical information and other pro-active measures as required by the EOC Management Team.

Assist in the preparation of collating information for complaints and investigations.
