Job summary

This is a key post within asmallclose-knit team providing support for all end user device related services provided by D&I.

Involvement in the delivery of the Problem Management function for D&I.

The post holder willbe requiredtoassistwithmaintainingand managing the client device estate.

To ensure all client documentation is kept up to date and published in the correct format.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.
Main duties of the job

Provide assurance that the Trustmaintainsa "warranted environment" that is fit for purpose. Including both hardware and the change control of device images.

To supportD&IProblem Management functions.

Productexpert for all client related tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Imprivata OneSign, antivirus,Intune.Ensure these systems are kept up to date and fit for purpose.Please note that this list is not exhaustive and will change as other systems come online.

Technical assessment and approval of hardware variationneedstemming from requests received by Procurement.

Input into device initiatives and strategies such as BYOD.

Printer Management.Tomonitorfault logs and address any issues that might arise.
