You'll bring deep expertise in organisational development, leadership practice, and facilitation, coupled with the confidence to influence, coach, and inspire colleagues at all levels. Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as a consultant, partnering with leaders to identify challenges and collaboratively design evidence-based OD interventions that drive sustainable change.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and team sessions to inspire collaboration and embed our organisational values.

Organisation Development:
Provide highly specialised expertise and advice in OD practices, including large-scale culture change, facilitation, organisation design, diagnostics, group dynamics, psychometric assessments, and coaching and mentoring.
Leadership & Talent:
In Leadership & Talent, you'll identify skills gaps, shape targeted development , and measure impact on culture and performance. You'll coach leaders one-to-one to refine their style, tackle challenges, and achieve goals, using tools like personality and leadership assessments to unlock potential and drive lasting organisational change.
In Workshop and Intervention Delivery, you'll design and facilitate engaging, interactive sessions that spark reflection, dialogue, and collaboration. You'll create inclusive spaces where participants actively contribute, build connections across teams, and embrace our organisational values of kindness, compassion, respect, and integrity.
