Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the nursing team at Woodlands school. Woodlands school is a specialist educational setting for children and young people with complex health needs, aged 3-19 years. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working as a member of a small nursing team and gaining knowledge across an array of specialties, strengthening multi-professional working relationships. Main duties of the job
The main role of this job is to work under the guidance and instruction of nursing staff to provide personal care and support to children and young people to enable their access to learning. The work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
Undertaking tasks that have been delegated by the nurses ensuring that a child or young person's health needs are met within the school.
