Job summary
The most amazing opportunity has arisen to work as a Specialist Nurse in Rheumatology. Rheumatology is a rewarding speciality with ever-growing changes in treatments and management.
The post will enable the successful applicant to deliver a high standard of care with patients who have long-term conditions and undertake advanced nursing assessments and provide support within the sphere of Rheumatology both within the hospital setting and in the community.
This Post will suit a dynamic forward thinking individual who is absolutely passionate in delivering efficient, effective, safe care to our Rheumatology Patients.

Main duties of the job
- Under Supervision works towards autonomous practice and carries a caseload of patients with complex needs and is able to undertake advanced nursing assessment, address complex needs and provide support within the sphere of Rheumatology, both within the hospital setting and within the community.

Create, maintain, implement and enhance an effective specialist clinical learning environment through role modelling, leadership and excellence in practice and lead in-service training and education.
