**Position: Hotel Services - Patient Services Supervisor**
An exciting opportunity has arisen within University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, Site Services Team, to play a crucial role in supporting the Hotel Services functions, including Housekeeping, Domestic, and Patient Catering. As a Hotel Services Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our operational leadership team, working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. We are seeking a people-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who is passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
Main duties of the job
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide staff support, fostering employee wellbeing and welfare through guidance and assistance
- Collaborate with the Hotel Services leadership team to oversee Housekeeping, Domestic, and Patient Catering functions.
- Maintain and promote excellent service standards in line with NHS Trust values.
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service efficiency and quality.
