As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will:

  • Lead specialist nursing care for patients with Interstitial lung disease which may cross over with other respiratoryconditions, ensuring expert clinical management and continuity of care.

  • Provide holistic support to patients and their carers, offering clear information, guidance, and reassurance throughout their treatment journey.

  • Champion patient-focused care by creating an environment that nurtures both patient wellbeing and the professional growth of nursing staff.

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate care pathways, protocols, and policies that reflect best practice.

  • Drive innovation by supporting new initiatives and procedures within dermatology nursing, helping shape the future of specialist care.
