Digital Business Apprentice

Job summary

As a Digital Business Support Apprentice, you will provide a confident, professional and efficient level of digital business support to NHS customers and partners. Working closely with the Digital Business Partner, you will help maintain strong relationships through clear communication and timely responses to enquiries received by email and telephone.

You will support the end-to-end sales process, ensuring each stage is completed accurately and in line with agreed procedures. You will also contribute to regular stock checks, helping to ensure resources are managed effectively and flow smoothly to customers and partners.

Alongside this, you will carry out a range of general administrative duties to support the wider Digital Business Team, helping to ensure the smooth coordination of activities and the consistent delivery of a high-quality service.

This apprenticeship is an opportunity to gain a Level 3 Customer Service qualification while working at the heart of a busy NHS Digital Business Team. You'll develop strong professional skills, build confidence, and play an important role in supporting colleagues, customers, and partners across the organisation.
