As a Records Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment, supporting our clinical teams and helping us provide the highest standards of care. Main duties of the job
The primary role is to be responsible for the prepping of patient appointments to ensure all documentation is available for patient appointments. You will be filing correspondence in patient case notes, tracking case notes in and out and utilising the Careflow system and the transportation of case notes to agreed areas around the Trust.
You must have the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and work under pressure a well as your using your initiative
The Endoscopy administration team operates from 8-8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday 8am to 6pm so a flexible working approach is required.
Please note the Endoscopy Administration team is a 7 day working department including weekends and evenings and additionally providing support at Newark hospital.
