We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail, dedicated to placing patient and customer care at the forefront of our service.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate our various computer systems competently.
- Solid customer care skills and prior experience, preferably in an office or reception setting.
- Flexibility in your approach to work, including a willingness to cover reception in any Outpatient area.
- Availability to work any day of the week between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to accommodate the needs of our clinics (rotas will be provided in advance).
- Directing patients to the correct clinic if they are in the wrong area.
- Managing outgoing patient appointments once they have been seen by their consultant.
- Ensuring prompt handling of all missing outcomes in accordance with the trust's policy.
Weekend work will be part of this role on a rota basis, to meet the needs of the service. This will be discussed in detail at interview.
