Job summary

A vacancy has arisen within our busy and supportive Call Centre at King's Mill Hospital. This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity for 12 months, offering 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Call Centre Clerk, you will be at the heart of patient care, ensuring outpatient appointments are managed efficiently and patient inquiries are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective and efficient call centre service for outpatient appointments and general patient queries.

  • Support the Trust in meeting national and local targets.

  • Adhere to the Trust's Access Booking and Choice Policy.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the department.
