Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals have an exciting opportunity to join the Gynaecology team at King's Mill Hospital as a Triage Co-ordinator!

The role provides administrative support and coordination of high quality patient care to those affected by gynaecological cancer. The successful candidate with be a point of contact for patients throughout their hospital attendance to ensure accessible and customer focused care.You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure administrative support throughout the patient's journey at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.

  • Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets i.e. Careflow, Dragon, ICE, Orion, Excel, or similar applications
  • Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures
