Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Day Surgery / Eye Units. This role is pivotal in supporting the Ward Leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The Day Surgery / Eye Units provide a fast-paced, supportive environment where patients receive specialised care in a short-stay setting. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the unit, ensuring that patients receive timely, safe, and effective care.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes through clinical excellence, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork. You will be empowered to take initiative, support continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice in accordance with NMC and Trust policies.
