Job summary

We have a unique opportunity for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to be part of a passionate, professional and dedicated team that is focused on creating a positive journey for all patients seen within our service.

The work is fast-paced and challenging but very rewarding. Your experienced colleagues will provide you with a robust training program that will help you build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a successful Patient Pathway Coordinator.

  • Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes
  • Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets i.e. PAS, Excel or similar applications
  • Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems
