Main duties of the job
- Warmly welcoming clientsto our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Efficiently registering clientsand scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
- Supporting the smooth operationof our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.
- Maintaining accurate and organized client notesto ensure seamless results management.
