Main duties of the job

  • Warmly welcoming clientsto our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Efficiently registering clientsand scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
  • Supporting the smooth operationof our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client notesto ensure seamless results management.
