Job Advertisement: Registered Nurse - Discharge Lounge
Are you passionate about patient care and dedicated to making a difference? King's Mill Hospital is looking for Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team!
We are seeking First-Level Registered Nurses to work in our Discharge Lounge. In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills while providing individualised patient care. You will be working with patients who have been transferred to the Discharge Lounge from various hospital areas, including the Emergency Department, Admission Units, Inpatient Medical/Surgical Wards, Day Case, and Clinic areas.
The Discharge Lounge at Sherwood Forest Hospital offers a warm and caring space where medically fit patients can await discharge or transfer. Our priority is to maintain patient safety and comfort while freeing up bed capacity to enhance hospital flow.
