Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate an effective and efficient Outpatient Booking servicefor all staff at Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
- Maintain and administer accurate capacity and utilisation datato ensure optimal use of resources.
- Enhance the utilisation of Outpatient Clinic Spacethrough strategic planning and management.
- Develop and maintain the electronic floor plannerto streamline operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of all outpatient activityon Careflow and Intouch systems.
- Lead training sessionsfor staff on the online booking system.
- Continuously review and improve existing working methodsto enhance efficiency.
- Pilot and implement new procedures and systemsto stay ahead in healthcare management.
- Act as the point of contactfor nursing staff, Ops support managers, and booking managers to ensure clinics run smoothly.
- Stay up-to-date with mandatory trainingto maintain high standards of care.
- Provide support to the teamas needed to foster a collaborative environment.
