We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with empathy, compassion, excellent communication & good problem-solving skills. You will require high levels of tact and diplomacy with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enable day-to-day management.

You will be working with a highly efficient team of 2 other Administrators, 4 Technicians and 4 Clinicians.

  • RSA II /ECDL or equivalent computer skills

  • Evidence of having previously worked within Orthotics or relevant experience with ordering, and invoicing systems.
  • Evidence of clerical experience with experience of using a keyboard
  • Evidence of Customer care experience
  • Knowledge of an electronic appointment booking system
  • Experience of staff supervision
