Job summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Urgent and Emergency Care Operations Team.
The position is based at Kings Mill, and the work hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility and the possibility of working from home after completing the induction period.
In this role, you will have direct line management responsibility for our Operation Assistants while also working closely with the business unit to support the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Working knowledge of principles related to service development, improvement, and performance management, acquired through a diploma or equivalent experience.- Familiarity with associated processes and systems.- Proficiency in advanced keyboard skills.- A solid understanding of the NHS, including management knowledge.- A diploma or equivalent experience/training.- Management knowledge or equivalent experience at a degree level.- Competence in business and performance management techniques.- Prior experience in service development, improvement, and performance management processes.- The ability to develop reports and business cases.- A grasp of the principles related to business and performance management techniques.
