Join Our Team as a Ward Receptionist at King's Mill Hospital!

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of the Day Case Unit at King's Mill Hospital? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist to become an essential part of our dedicated team.

As a Receptionist on the Day Case Unit, you'll work closely with our Ward Leader, nursing staff, and all visitors. You'll also be a key part of the multidisciplinary team, collaborating with various healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the ward with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Handling telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Filing and organizing patient case notes to maintain their general tidiness.
  • Undertaking various clerical and reception duties vital to the smooth operation of the ward.

We will provide the successful candidate with a complete induction and support continuing development through yearly appraisals.
