**About Us:**Ward 34 is a bustling 24-bed Diabetes and General Medical ward, thriving on a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

**Your Role:**As the Deputy Ward Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:- Acting as the second-in-command to the Ward Leader, ensuring high-quality care for patients and maintaining a superior care environment.- Demonstrating effective leadership and serving as a role model for the team.- Providing direct clinical care while leveraging your experience to enhance both clinical and non-clinical governance.- Collaborating flexibly within the ward team to uphold, evaluate, and enhance standards of care.
