As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Trust's recruitment and selection process for our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Mansfield.To find out more about the Community Diagnostic Centre please visit: https://shorturl.at/opNSW

Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, guiding colleagues through our recruitment process, attending important meetings to update and advise recruiting managers, ensuring strict adherence to Trust policies and procedures, and upholding best practices throughout the recruitment process.

To excel in this role, you should have a wealth of experience in a busy administrative role within a recruitment environment. Your background should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, outstanding customer service skills, and strong communication skills for effective interaction with managers and stakeholders at all levels, both within the organisation and with external partners of the Trust.

Knowledge and Requirements

Essential

  • Advanced computer and keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide and receive complex information
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems and procedures
  • Must have significant Customer Care and Recruitment experience

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions
  • Knowledge of local policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of employment law, right to work legislation and criminal records checks

Qualifications

Essential

  • A Levels/Diploma or equivalent

Desirable

  • CIPD membership and/or qualification at any leve

Further Training

  • Willingness to undertake relevant training as identified

Experience

  • Significant experience as a HR Assistant or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload when under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Experience of using e-recruitment solutions e.g. Trac or NHSJobs
  • Experience of using ESR

  • May be asked to work flexible hours when required for service delivery
