Job summary

Ward 12, located at King's Mill Hospital, is in search of a dynamic individual to join their busy ward, specializing in trauma and orthopaedics, caring for patients both pre and postoperatively.

The ward can accommodate 24 patients with a mixture of bays and en-suite rooms.

We have a well-established surgical team with whom we work daily, as well as ward-based multidisciplinary staff to provide patient-centred care.

We would offer regular appraisals, providing opportunities for development and professional growth, and we would encourage regular trust training and development study days to promote and enhance skills and knowledge.

Our nursing team is very friendly and well-established, dedicated to sharing their skills and knowledge with new and junior staff, and we host an excellent clinical area with many possibilities for staff to progress professionally.
