As our valued PPC Support, you'll be at the heart of our General Surgery department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
General Admin Duties: You'll be the backbone of our administrative tasks, keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Clinical Typing: Accurate and prompt clinical typing will be one of your core responsibilities to support our medical professionals.
Booking Appointments: Your meticulous approach will be instrumental in scheduling appointments for our valued patients.
Tracking Case Notes: Managing the tracking in and out of case notes will be crucial in maintaining comprehensive patient records.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high quality service to support the SFHT Patient Pathway and the Patient Pathway Coordinators, by ensuring the location, appropriate preparation and tracking of clinic documentation to help ensure the smooth running of clinics.
To provide a clinical typing service, when required, to the Consultants and their teams within the Trust when requested by the Patient Pathway Coordinator.
