Responsibilities:
- Raise requisitions/orders for 'stock' and 'non-stock' goods/services.
- Collaborate with internal staff and external suppliers on supply, stock management, and deliveries.
- Generate stock reports and offer flexible support where needed.
- Work in various locations across the Theatre complex and cross-site.

Essential
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively within a team in stores, stock control or purchasing
- Proven experience of working with P2P systems and relevant e-replenishment systems
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in using Microsoft office including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Word
- Awareness of the importance of Health and Safety relating to work and the need for Confidentiality in a hospital setting
Desirable
- Experienced with the use of E- Procurement and NHS logistics systems.
- Experience of working within a clinical setting.
Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics & English, Grade C or above
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3/Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPs) foundation stage or equivalent experience
