Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Band 6 Urology Team Leader at Kingsmill Hospital. You will occasionally be required to provide expert advice to Newark Theatres or work across multiple sites. Kingsmill Theatres are currently undergoing a transformation program, and the right person would be involved in all aspects of service delivery. To be considered for this senior-level role, you should have significant experience within the Urology specialty and demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a core team of staff, including HR matters, rota coordination, efficient list management, and excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your team.

Developing our staff is a top priority, and you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Education Department Leader to facilitate training and ensure that competency packs and our skills matrix are up to date.
