Job summary

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Medical Records Clerk to support our Patient Administration Team at Newark Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service to patients attending the hospital, ensuring that patient's case notes are available for all clinic appointments, and that each set of notes contains all of the necessary paperwork and correspondence, thus supporting the SFHT Patient Pathway.
