Job summary
Post holder will actively provide a reliable special feed preparation service to the Paediatric and Neonatal wards under the supervision of the Paediatric Dietitians and the Neonatal Management team.
Main duties of the job
To prepare, produce and label all special feeds for Child Health Service following SFU and local policy adhering to hygiene and ICP guidance
Safely transport and deliver prepared SF to wards following local and SFU guidelines
Stock control (ordering/collection/delivery) use digital ordering processes,ensure appropriate stock rotation, and ensure stock levels maintained
Audit and documentation using digital pathways, adhering to Risk and Governance policy
Equipment, CSSD and sampling management, environmental audits/ cleaning undertaken
