Job summary
Bank Admin staff are essential to the smooth running of the department. The post holder will be required to work within a team to provide a comprehensive and quality clerical service, while maintaining a high quality of support to the department and presenting a caring, professional and efficient service to patients and their families, both in the clinic and during subsequent communication.
The post holder is responsible for the administration and smooth running of specific named clinics. The post holder is the first point of contact for all patient enquires and it is essential that the patient's experience begins in a professional and polite manner.
Shift patterns may vary depending on the service and may work on a rota basis. These Bank shifts will be for our Bromley/South Sites Including PRUH in Orpington.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for Admin staff with varying degrees of experience who will be available for ad-hoc and up to 3 month bookings which largely cover a 9-5pm, Monday-Friday service, although some services may require shifts/evenings/weekend cover - if selected for Bank interview your availability will be noted.
Attached are JD's for the most common Band 2, Band 3 and Band 4 roles that we may require support with filling with Bank staff.
Hours may be offered as Mon-Fri 9-5pm or in weekend patterns like the below:
