Job summary
You must be fully registered with the GMC and be part of a training programme to be eligible for this 12 month secondment opportunity within our Histopathology department based at King's College Hospital. This unique opportunity will see you working within the Southeast Genomic Laboratory Hub (SEGLH) and Cellular Pathology Genomic Centre (CPGC) with Dr Kalnisha Naidoo.
The aims of the post are to assist in building introductory resources of practical learning tools for ST1 Histopathology trainees, whilst also training in solid tumour molecular pathology. The post is fixed for 12 months part time. You will also contribute to publications and presentations to the wider community at national level.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will :
- build an online introductory resource of practical learning tools for solid tumour molecular pathology for ST1 Histopathology trainees
- train in developing online educational resources
- train in solid tumour molecular pathology
- engage with members of the multidisciplinary team who contribute to solid tumour reporting
- actively engage with researchers at King's College London in relation to molecular data gathered from patient samples
