Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised nurse to work within the deteriorating patient workstream.
The role will involve working with and supporting the Acute Deterioration Matron in the review of all unplanned admissions to Critical Care, and wider deteriorating patient improvement work. The postholder will liaise with link teams such as iMobile, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement to promote an understanding of the fundamentals of the CQUIN, and associated areas for improvement across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, utilise good communication and interpersonal skills and carry out detailed work accurately. The individual will need to be able to use their own initiative, work effectively within the MDT and seek guidance or support when appropriate.
