Job summary

Main duties of the job

This is a two year Subspecialty training post based at King's College Hospital and the Harris Birthright Research Centre for Fetal Medicine and under the supervision of Dr Sarah Bower and Professor Kypros Nicolaides.

The post can be extended to three years if the candidate has not had appropriate research experience.

All Fetal medicine training will take place at the Harris Birthright Centre, which is now located in the Fetal Medicine Research Institute in Windsor Walk, under the direct supervision of Dr Bower, Professor Nicolaides or the other fetal medicine consultants. Maternal medicine training will take place through specialist Medical and Obstetric clinics. Genetics clinics are held at the Harris Birthright on a weekly basis and are under the supervision of Dr Tessa Homfray.

All other clinics and clinical attachments will be arranged at King's. These will be co-ordinated with the other Kings-based subspecialty trainees.
