Are you an outstanding clinical nurse leader with patients and staff at the center of everything you do? We are looking for an exceptional clinical leader to lead the nursing team on Kinnier Wilson HDU which is a 12 bed High Dependency Unit.
Applicants who are interested will have experience in either ITU, CCU or HDU caring for level 2 or 3 patients for a minimum of 18 months.
You will be someone who is ready to lead a team to continue to grow and develop excellent evidence based Neuroscience nursing and exceptional patient experience.
You will be working in full partnership with the other ward leader to develop and enhance practice. Your role is supported by5 junior charge nurses, a CPF, PDN and a team ofqualified and unqualified nurses.

- Participates in trust approved research studies, keeping the Assistant Director of Nursing (Education and Research) informed of the progress of these if the fieldwork is being undertaken within the ward/department.
- Management
- Facilitates and supports nurses in working collaboratively with all other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
