We are currently seeking applications from registered nurses (more than 6 month qualification) with an interest in Trauma nursing to join our motivated, friendly and supportive teams. You must have the proven ability to care for patients within an acute setting as a registered nurse and demonstrate proficiency at the administration of both oral and IV medication. You will benefit from two 6 month clinical rotation within (Katherine monk, Cardiac HDU and Kinnier Wilson Wards) and a supportive educational programme during your time. At the end of this period, your contract with King's will continue and you will be offered the opportunity to work in any of these areas.

  • To adhere to NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times
  • To be responsible for the nursing management of a group of patients, using the nursing process.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times
  • To support patients, relatives, carers and friends and where appropriate involve them in the care of the patient

General
