We would welcome applications from both newly qualified nurses and those with experience with an interest in care of older people. We are seeking Individuals who are comfortable to challenge change and are committed to improving patient experience.
The Intermediate Care Units have a different focus on care and provide a person centred approach with the aim of optimising physical health and wellbeing over a 24 hour period. Our units provide short term general and stroke rehabilitation for patients who are medically optimised but not at a suitable level for discharge home.
