We're looking to attract a proactive, driven & innovative Deputy Director of Finance to lead the Operational Finance and Strategic Finance Teams. This role is also key in supporting the delivery of excellent patient care and as a member of the core leadership team you will have the opportunity to connect with the services and our amazing clinicians. You'll report to and deputise for the Executive Director of Finance.

Main duties of the job
If you can bring excellent leadership skills and experience of leading and developing a high performing finance function, be able to demonstrate an ability to present complex issues to a wide range of audiences, managerial, clinical, non-executive and other stakeholders and be committed and passionate about the health service, then this role could be for you.
You need to be well organised and with experience of maintaining effective working relationships and communications across multiple and complex stakeholder groups. A positive outlook is essential.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to be able to be released soon after being appointed.
