As a Recruitment Advisor at ECT, you'll play a key role in delivering our recruitment service and supporting the development of a diverse, inclusive and compassionate workforce.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and new starters, providing excellent support via face-to-face, phone, and email to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, time management, administrative ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Hours per week: 37.5

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include preparing adverts, coordinating interviews, issuing offers and contracts, and completing pre-employment checks such as ID, right to work, references, occupational health, and DBS checks.
This is an excellent opportunity to build and apply your skills within a busy recruitment function, working closely with teams across the People Directorate. Experience in a busy administrative role is essential; recruitment experience is desirable.
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, while also having the confidence and initiative to manage your own workload independently and work autonomously when required.
