This is an exciting opportunity for an existing senior individual from within the current East Cheshire NHS Trust Transformation Team. The Head of Transformation will be a pivotal role in leading the team of improvers to deliver on the Trusts priorities alongside delivering on the QI capability & capacity agenda, aligned with NHS IMPACT.

Main duties of the job
The Head of Transformation will:
- Provide strategic leadership for improvement and transformation across the trust (and beyond).
- Be responsible for building capability & capacity in improvement, so that everyone is empowered with the knowledge and tools to make changes in their everyday work and in the things that matter most to our colleagues, patients and communities.
- Provide specialised improvement and transformation expertise, using an improvement led approach to support both bottom-up and top-down priorities
- Develop and embed a culture of continuous improvement and transformation-led change.
- Lead the design, implementation, monitoring and embedding of improvement and transformation programmes and projects aligned to the Trust's strategic goals.
- Support operational teams, clinical teams and corporate functions in identifying improvement opportunities, delivering change, managing benefits and sustaining outcomes.
