Job summary
The post holder will be an integral part of the Community Dental Service management team, managing the dental nursing and forming the clinical bridge with administration team, agreed with the Clinical Service Manager, Clinical Lead and Operational Manager.
The Dental Nurse Teams manger will have responsibility for the leadership and line management of the dental nursing teams and administrators, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided by the service to the patients and carers. The role includes organising clinical support to dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists during procedures. Deliver training to students and qualified dental nurses enabling them to carry out their roles.
Hours per week: 30

- Post-registration dental qualification minimum NVQ level 5 or above (diploma level)
