Job summary
We have an opportunity to recruit a Clinical Support Secretary with the Planned Care, Allied Health and Clinical Support Services directorate at East Cheshire NHS Trust.
The responsibilities of the role would be to provide secretarial support to the Nursing & Pharmacy management team. This will require meeting facilitation, diary management and other administration duties.
You must have excellent organisational skills, be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You should be able to remain calm in a high pressured situation and have the ability to prioritise tasks whilst having an eye for detail. You should have a good standard of education, sound IT knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
Hours per week: 37.5
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Nursing & Pharmacy Management Team team working in support of the whole Directorate management team of East Cheshire NHS Trust.
