We are looking for a motivated, organised and compassionate team player with excellent communication and technical skills to provide administrative support for nursing and therapy teams in Bollington, Disley and Poynton (BDP) Care Community.We actively promote personal development with a competency-based framework which will be provided to ensure support to successful individuals.
The BDP Care Community of East Cheshire are working closely with colleagues in Primary Care Network, Social Services and other multidisciplinary teams to drive the delivery of high quality patient care.

Main duties of the job
This role provides administrative and secretarial support for integrated community nursing and therapy care teams. The post holder often serves as the first point of contact for patients and clinicians, working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, handling office duties to maintain efficient administrative services, and assisting Triage to facilitate the patient journey from referral to discharge. Key duties include accurate typing, medical terminology, and proficient use of digital systems for booking, tracking, and updating patient records. Also, log and route referrals/messages, liaise with patients, carers, Social Services, and agencies, and manage routine clerical tasks and rostering.
