East Cheshire NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic associate practitioner to join our Macclesfield Care Community therapy team.
We welcome applications from motivated individuals with a keen interest in working within an integrated team, with proven experience in community rehabilitation or general in patient rehabilitation.
Hours per week: 15 Please be advised we are unable to provide Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship to non-UK residents.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a small therapy team providing a comprehensive, rehabilitation service for patients with a broad range of complex conditions. You will be responsible for the delivery of therapy independently or jointly with the therapists in patients own homes, residential and nursing homes. To contribute to multidisciplinary team management. To contribute to operational delivery and service development. The community therapy service is operational over 7 days, from 8am-8pm. You may occasionally be required to work a variety of shift patterns across the 7 day service, to meet service need.
