Job summary
To assist in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to customers and patients of East Cheshire NHS Trust through the provision of a safe, efficient and effective production service.
Hours per week: 30
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this varied job are:
- Picking and processing customer orders and assembling for courier delivery.
- Managing stocks of finished products and ensuring appropriate storage.
- Receiving pharmaceutical deliveries and entering onto quality control record sheet.
- Setting up batches, including label production and patient information leaflets.
- Packing and labelling batches of pharmaceutical products.
- Always ensuring compliance with MHRA good manufacturing practice.
