East Cheshire NHS Trust are advertising for a coordinator for the 0-4 autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) pathway.

The post holder will support families through the diagnostic pathway by explaining the process, encouraging parents to complete questionnaires and leading them through each stage utilising written and verbal communication.

Interview date 2nd January 2025

Main duties of the job

To work as an integral part of the Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASD) pathway multi agency team.

To provide support to families with suspected Autistic Spectrum Condition and coordinate their pathway journey.

To take a key role in feeding back to young people and their families the outcome of their multi agency assessment.

To develop the service and the role in line with national and local initiatives.

Collate information from the MDT for discussion at the monthly meeting.
