Cheshire East Integrated Care Partnership (CE ICP) is a rapidly developing alliance of health and social care providers collaborating to deliver health care to our population. This exciting role provides an exceptional opportunity for a forward thinking, enthusiastic and innovative Care Community Team Personal Assistant.

Main duties of the job

Mainly supporting the Care Community Support Managers, Coaches, Service Managers and Clinical Leads the Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

Maintaining accurate, efficient and proactive diary and email management for the Care Community team/s, arranging both in-house and external meetings via Teams, face to face or 'blended' meetings;

Preparing Agendas, Minuting meetings and producing Action Logs and Decision Logs as required;

Preparing Powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets;

Maintaining the social media platforms for each respective Care Community;

Organisation of and attendance at the Care Community events as required;

Other ad hoc duties as required.

You will be used to constant prioritisation, acting as a gatekeeper and playing an ambassadorial role in the absence of the Teams you support whilst working closely with the Care Community Teams and external partner organisations.

The post is on a full-time basis but applications will be considered to suitable applicants on a full time or job share basis.
