Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Mammographer or Radiographer/Radiotherapist wishing to train as a mammographer (B6), to join our friendly and motivated multidisciplinary team at Cheshire and Stockport Breast Screening Programme.

Screening and symptomatic services are offered at the Macclesfield Breast screening centre, with 2 Siemens digital mammography sets, one with stereo/tomosynthesis attachment and the other tomosynthesis.

Mobile screening in Stockport is provided on a mobile van with Siemens digital mammography.

37.5 Hours per week

Main duties of the job

To provide a high quality mammography service as part of the National HealthBreast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) and Symptomatic Service for EastCheshire NHS Trust Breast Multidisciplinary Team.
