Job summary

The Emergency department thrives in giving excellent care and see ourselves as highly skilled. We are looking for a Clinical Educator support to work alongside the Clinical Educator and manager to ensure high standards of patient care.You will work alongside the Clinical Educator to ensure all training needs for the staff are met. You will help ensure the Department has the Staff trained to deliver high quality patient centered care

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a Clinical Educator Support to work closely with the Clinical Educator and Department manager to support the development of the nursing team by exhibiting excellent standards, delivering high quality evidence based care, leading and developing high quality evidence based care and able to use a range of skills to support the Nursing team identifying and actioning areas of training and development required within the Department. With a particular focus on learning lessons and governance.You will need to demonstrate excellent standards, be willing to support all areas of the unit, and have the leadership skills to support the Department and its Senior Team.
